Note: The original packaging, including inner foam and cushioning, is required for a safe return — even if the product is broken or defective.
How to Request a Replacement:

Clear photos showing the full product and the damaged or defective area
Our Quality Assurance team will assess the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (usually within 2–3 working days). Once the product reaches our warehouse (within 4–6 days), our team will inspect it and process your replacement.

This return policy is valid within 5 days of product delivery, as confirmed by our logistics or courier partners.

We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided — either the same product or one of equal or lower value, based on availability and situation.

The product must be returned in unused condition and with the original packaging, including:

Tags, barcodes, invoice, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable)

Shipping label from the original packet

You may be asked to print two documents to hand over to the pickup agent during collection.
