The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in compliance with the Rules.
Jurisdiction
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Faridabad, Haryana, and the decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. Subject to the above, the courts in Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any proceedings arising out of these Terms.
The rest of the Terms (Sections 1 through 19) remain unchanged as they are general legal clauses, unless you'd like specific adjustments to branding, tone, or references within those sections.
